It’s a cliché, but it’s grounded in truth: there is so much more that unites us as humans than that which divides us. We all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape, our energies are aligned with our values, and we are given opportunities for growth and contribution. 

And while we need to exercise autonomy we also have a deep-rooted need for communal support. That's why in addition to helpful articles we host talks on the what matters to you. How does one stay motivated? From where does the energy to create change come? How do you love yourself? What if your partner doesn't support your fitness progress? 
In workshops and talks we explore these topics together.
